  • Suite-Style Room: Two Connected Bedrooms Totaling Four Double Beds (up to 8 persons).

  • Two-Bedroom Apartment with Private Entrance and private balcony: 3 Double Beds, 1 Pull-Out Couch, Full Kitchen, Private Balcony (up to 8 persons)

  • Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment: 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed, 2 Pull-Out Couches, and Kitchen (up to 7 persons).

  • Two-Bedroom Apartment: 2 Double Beds Bedroom 1, 1 Double Bed Bedroom 2, 1 Pull-Out Couch, and Kitchen (up to 8 persons).

  • Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment
    2 sofa beds and a balcony, 2 Double Beds Bedroom #1, 1 Double Bed Bedroom #2, Full kitchen (up to 10 people)

  • Two-Bedroom Apartment - Shared Balcony
    1 sofa bed, 1 Double Bed Bedroom #1, 1 Double Bed Bedroom #2, a full kitchen and shared balcony access (up to 6 people)

  • Three-Bedroom Apartment with sunroom
    2 sofa beds and a sunroom, a full kitchen (up to 10 people)

POLICIES

  • Cancellation Policy

    Once you have made the reservation there are no refunds for any cancellations. No refunds for early check-out, inclement weather, or in case of eviction.

  • To Reserve a Room

    Advance deposit: 1/3 of total price. Once deposit is received, confirmation will be sent. Reservation will be held until 6 pm on arrival date.

    • Rooms Check-In at 3:00 pm.
    • Apartments Check-in at 4:00 pm.
    • Rooms and Apartments Check-Out at 11:00 am.

  • Security Deposit

    • Apartments: $50 per person.
    • Rooms: $200.00 per Room.

    Upon inspection of the rental unit, security deposit is refunded at the check-out time.
