POLICIES

For all standard reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited.

All standard reservations cancelled outside of 10 day policy will result in a $25 processing fee for rooms and a $50.00 processing fee for apartments and suite-styled rooms.

For Senior Week Reservations all cancellations are non-refundable.

For Group reservations cancellation policy varies.

Reservations are held until 6 p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Advance Deposit:

• Apartments: 1/3 Deposit required to guarantee reservation, never less than 1 night’s deposit.
• Rooms: First night deposit required to guarantee reservation, never less than 1 night’s deposit.

Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name that appears on it, we do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into hotel. (Very Important)

Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

Open mid April to mid October.

Rates do not include 10.5% tax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

Personal checks and money orders accepted for advance deposits only.

Parking limited to one space per room.

Check in time:

• Rooms at 3 pm | Check out time at 11 am. 
• Apartments at 4 pm | Check out time at 11 am.

Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance.

Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons.

A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons.

If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented, or ask for apartment or suite-style room rates.

For ALL persons UNDER 21 years of age, a security deposit will be required in order to reserve a room or apartment.
